Governor gives assent to bills passed at 5th session of NLA

Kohima, Aug. 13 (EMN): Governor RN Ravi has given his assent to various bills that were passed during the fifth session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly.

This was reported by the commissioner and secretary of NLA.

The bills were:

• The Nagaland Appropriation (No. 1) Bill, 2020
• The Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) Bill, 2020
• The Nagaland Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, 2020
• North East Christian University (First Amendment) Bill, 2019
• The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2019.
