- DIMAPUR — Governor
of Nagaland La Ganesan and Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio have extended greetings
on the occasion of Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
- “Easter is celebrated around the world with great reverence,
reminding us of God's boundless love and the spirit of forgiveness.
- “As we commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, may our
hearts be filled with joy, hope and abundant blessings,” the governor said in
his greeting message.

- Rio also conveyed Good Friday greetings in a post on X.
- “On this solemn Good Friday, we reflect on the heart of the
Gospel: Jesus Christ gave His life on the cross to redeem humanity. His
selfless act of love offers us forgiveness, unmerited grace, & the hope of
new & eternal life for all who believe in Him,” Rio wrote on X.
