Governor-designate arrives in Nagaland

Newly-appointed Governor-designate of Nagaland, La Ganesan, arrived at Raj Bhavan, Kohima, on Sunday.

On his arrival, he was accorded the customary guard of honour by the Nagaland Police Mahilla (IR) contingent.

He was received at Raj Bhavan by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his colleagues, chief secretary, DGP Nagaland, Home Commissioner and other senior officials, an update from PRO Raj Bhavan said.

La Ganesan will be sworn-in at Raj Bhavan on February 20 (Monday) at 10 am.
