Good Morning Nagaland: Special Crispy Chilly Potatoes of Bambusa

Bambusa, one of the most famous traditional restaurants in Nagaland, based both in Dimapur and Kohima serves an array of Chinese, Indian and local cuisines. It also caters to events.
The two branches of Bambusa restaurant in Kohima and Dimapur are furnished with traditional bamboo chairs, tables and various other attractive bamboo crafts.

Crispy Chilly Potatoes  

Ingredients 
200gms potatoes.
2 green chilly
1 bell pepper.
2 green onions (diced cut) 
2 table spoon 8-8 sauce.
2 tablespoon sweet chilly sauce.
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
1 teaspoon soya sauce.
20gms minced ginger-garlic.
2 tablespoon cornflour.
Salt to taste
Food color (optional)
 

Method 
Step 1.  Peel the potatoes thinly sliced and add corn flour then deep fry in oil till its turn crispy.
Step 2.  Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add minced ginger-garlic stir it.
Add the onions and Bell pepper and further stir fry.
Step 3.  Add the sauces,white pepper, green chilies  and salt and finally put in the crispy potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes.
