Ingredients:
Chocolate (dark)-200gm
Butter-170gm
Egg- 3nos
Brown sugar- 200gm
Refined Flour- 110gm
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain marie (double boiler)
Then set it aside and let it cool.
Whisk egg and brown sugar in a bowl
And stir in the melted chocolate.
Sieve flour and fold into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for around 50 to 60 minutes.
Best when served hot
