Dimapur, August 31 (EMN): GOC-in-C of Eastern Command, Lt. Gen. Abhay Krishna, visited Kohima on August 31 and reviewed the security situation in Nagaland and also discussed various projects being undertaken by the security forces in the State.
The Army Commander also interacted with civil dignitaries to assimilate the socio-political issues of the state.
Prior to his departure, the Army Commander complimented all ranks of HQ IGAR (N) for their dedication and devotion to duty. He also conveyed his appreciation and gratitude to the populace, civil administration, NGOs, church and media for their continued cooperation with the security forces in the State.
