Dimapur, May 27 (EMN): The Government Higher Secondary School, Tuensang inaugurated the newly constructed school upgrade building in the school auditorium on May 24.
The new school building was inaugurated by District Education Officer (DEO) Tuensang, Renchumi Kikon, informed an update from DIPR.
Speaking on the occasion, the DEO expressed appreciation on the completion of the new building, saying that infrastructure is one of the basic requirements in the endeavour for imparting quality education. She also congratulated all the successful students from the school in the recent HSLC and HSSLC examinations, and particularly mentioned Sechemla Y Sangtem, the state subject topper in Information Technology (vocational).
