
Dimapur, Feb. 28 (EMN): The principal and staff of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Bhandari shared the facilities that students need to the five fellows from the Governor’s Young Fellowship Programme who visited the institute on February 27.
An update from GHSS Bhandari informed that the visiting team sought information, including enrolment of the school, result of classes 10 and 12, mid-day meal scheme, infrastructure- related issues, and difficulties faced by the institute during the meeting with the school authority.
To this, senior principal Sunil Thakur was said to have told the team that that the school needed facilities like RO drinking water, toilet for students, proper library and librarian, media room, etc. The staff also told the team about the need to build boundary wall and assess the ground realities and difficulties faced by both the teachers and students.
