Dimapur, May 27 (EMN): Government High school, Burma Camp, Nui colony, Dimapur, organised the first educational outing for students.
During the trip, students visited Nagaland Zoological Park, where the guide and wildlife researcher explained the importance of wild animals, their behaviors, species, co-existence and correlation between human and animals.
In their next stop at Nagaland Science Centre, curator of Science Centre organised a fun science experiment for students. The students also got to watched 3D film adventure show.
The students were enthralled by the large facility and explored many scientific equipments and objects which widen their knowledge.
The trip and interaction with 150 students was a great example of the outreach to the reality of life, Khekatoli Sema stated.
Meanwhile, she also thanked the school AHM Rosemary Jamir for giving the permission, Nagaland Zoological Park, Science Centre for free entry and the Commissioner’s Office, William Kath for the arrangement of bus service.
