Dimapur, April 13 (EMN): Office of the Headmaster Government High School Diphupar has installed biometric attendance system to make the attendance mandatory for all the staffs.
The installation of the system is to eliminate the lapse in the attendance system and ensure proper transparency and accountability among the teaching and non-teaching staffs.
The office informed that the machine will record the finger-print of the employees twice daily at the particular time of the day. The new system will also ensure employees punctuality, reduce time theft, eliminate proxy attendance, track employees work hour and enhance record efficiency.
Headmaster of the school, R. Nyimshio Lotha expressed hope that the system will improve the productivity and enhance the accountability towards the responsibilities and glad that, in the smallest capacity they were contributing towards digital India and E-governance.
