In order to maintain peace and tranquility in the state, it is felt necessary to inform all the general public based on the following reasons:-
That the Nagas have achieved the Article 371-A of the Constitution of India to protect the rights of the Nagas in Toto after sacrificing thousands of their innocent lives including everything of their properties, their whole native villages burnt down into ashes and their women folk molested etc. by the Indian Army. And as such, any sections of Nagas should not go against it.
That regarding the 33% Women Reservation Act passed by the GOI is a clear cut violation of the said Article. And the same Act has not been implemented in other states of India. And for which, it is nothing necessary to implement the same Act in Nagaland as because, the same 33% Women Reservation Act has grossly violated the Rights of the Naga Customary Law as well as the Doctrine of Christian religion in Nagaland, that there is no system of sharing properties or powers between the men and women. Moreover, there is no any competition game between the male and the female in Naga inhabited areas.
That the best way for the Nagas is that let one Eve each come to the house of Adam as nominee from every 11th Districts without any cost or competition and work together with Adam in the 60 House for the betterment of Nagas if so desired. So that our present problem is solved. And in this regard, let the DAN Govt. issue order as per provision available in the Law that there shall be no ULB election in Nagaland as per scheduled on 1st Feb 2017 and kept the same order in abeyance till an amicable is arrived at.
Otherwise, until and unless an amicable settlement and understanding between the men and women is arrived at, there is no way to implement the 33% Women Reservation Act in Nagaland and not only that, the ULB election based on 33% Women Reservation Act should not be implemented at this juncture. Let the Good Lord Jesus Christ speak to all the Nagas and lead them into the right path so that the peace will come down to our land. Praise the Lord and Kuknalim.
