Ganja flood: Police continue to arrest more ganja smugglers

EMN Dimapur, February 28 [dropcap]I[/dropcap]n another huge catch to the credit of police personnel, the authorities have confiscated another substantial cache of contraband, ganja again, from two youths in Kohima.Acting on a tip-off, the District Intelligence Branch of the Executive Force of Kohima intercepted a vehicle, a Maruti Gypsy (AS-23A/3322, chassis– SJ41IN183548, engine– F10AIN253522) from near Lerie Helipad in Kohima town. The vehicle was found to be carrying 35 packets of contraband ganja weighing 295 kilograms approximately. Two persons identified as one KH Alah, 20 years, and a F Pavilo Pfodi, 22 years, both from Senapati district in Manipur, have been arrested and charged with the crime.
