Dimapur, Oct. 12 (EMN): After successful completion of the first phase of training which was held online, the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), in collaboration with the department of IPR, is set to begin the second phase basic course on smartphone film making for ST participants residing in Nagaland from October 17 to the 21st.
An update from the IPR stated that the training is being imparted free of cost as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration, which would be conducted offline at its directorate in Kohima.
It informed that participants should belong to Scheduled Tribe and be 18 years and above. While there would be no course fee, it informed participants are required to pay INR 500 at the time of registration.

The last date of submission has been set on October 15. It further informed that certificates would be issued by FTII upon successful completion of the course.
