Free eye check-up on World Sight Day

Kohima, Oct. 6 (EMN): On the occasion of World Sight Day on October 8, eye care practitioners--ophthalmologists, optometrists and ophthalmic assistants--will be offering free eye check-up in the state. The main objective ‘is to stress on the importance of eye health and to give quality eye care to the people of Nagaland,’ a press statement from Eye Care Practitioners, Nagaland stated.

The eye checkups will be conducted in respective clinics from 9 am to 1 pm on October 8.

Further, it disclosed the list of eye clinics that will participating in the initiative where one can avail the free eye check-up on the day.
