A medical specialist screening a patient during the free cancer screening and early detection camp at IMDH, Mokokchung on Saturday.Mokokchung, Nov. 4 (EMN): Free cancer screening and early detection camp was held at Dr. Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH) in Mokokchung on November 2.
The camp was organised by Eden Medical Centre, Dimapur and Seva Bharati, Nagaland in collaboration with IMDH, Mokokchung.
Altogether, 77 people registered for the camp. 35 samples (PAP Smear, FNAC & Biopsy) were collected from the participants for testing, free of cost.
Reports of the samples will be made available within one week and may be collected from the administrative block of IMDH. If required, further consultations may be done with the doctors of IMDH. This was stated in a press release from IMDH, Mokokchung.
