Free anti-rabies vaccination camp in Kohima

DIMAPUR — The Chief Veterinary Office in Kohima, under the department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, is organising a free anti-rabies vaccination camp on the occasion of World Veterinary Day, April 27, at the Veterinary Hospital compound in Kohima and the Veterinary Dispensary Chiephobozou.

According to a press release issued by Dr. Elizabeth Yhome, veterinary surgeon at Veterinary Hospital Kohima, the vaccination programme will commence at 7 am at the Veterinary Hospital compound and at 8 am at the Veterinary Dispensary.

While welcoming all healthy dogs and cats to avail of the facilities, it stated that a minimal registration fee will be charged at the venue.
