The Assembly Aces Club organised the fourth edition of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Tournament in Kohima, featuring sports like Badminton and Table Tennis.

DIMAPUR — The fourth edition of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) Tournament was held at the Multi-Purpose Hall inside the Assembly Complex in Kohima on July 25.
Organised by the Assembly Aces Club, Kohima, the tournament witnessed participation across various disciplines, including badminton, table tennis, carrom, and ludo, according to an update.
The event was attended by Neibalie Rio, Special Officer to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, as the special guest. In his address, Rio encouraged the participants to uphold the values of fair play, discipline, and excellence. He also stressed the importance of maintaining good health and discipline and fostering community spirit through sports.
The tournament commenced with an exhibition badminton match led by the special guest, marking the official opening of the event.
The organisers expressed gratitude to all participants, officials, volunteers, and supporters whose cooperation and dedication contributed to the successful conduct of the tournament. They also congratulated all the winners and appreciated every participant for making the event a success.
