Kohima, Jan. 31 (EMN): Four persons travelling in a car from Phek to Dimapur were injured on Friday after their vehicle fell into a gorge near Zubza on NH 29.
The commandant of 78th CRPF stationed at Sechu-Zubza, Anil Kr Jha informed Eastern Mirror that “on receiving the news, officers and jawans of this unit reached the spot and rescued all four injured persons”.
Jha added that the victims, after being administered with first aid by medical officers, were sent to Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima through its unit ambulance for further treatment.
Further, the commandant stated that the conditions of the injured persons were stable.
He added that the police station in Zubza was also informed about the accident.
