Dimapur, April 5 (EMN): Former state principal secretary of forest, Dr. Neitsalie N Zhasa (retired IFS), son of Neipitso Zhasa of Kigwema village, passed away at Apollo Hospital, Guwahati, on April 5 at around 1:15 p.m. following prolong illness. He was 62 and survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
During his illustrious career, Dr. Zhasa served as principal chief conservator of forest, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, and principal secretary of forest, Government of Nagaland.
The funeral service of late Dr. Zhasa will be held on April 6 at his private residence in Sovima village, Dimapur, at 1 p.m.
