- DIMAPUR — The
Food Safety Administration, Kohima zone, under Health and Family Welfare
Department, conducted food safety training and certification (FoSTaC) for food
business operators (FBO), who were of general manufacturing and catering kind
of business.
- The training was held at Para Medical Training Institute
(PMTI) conference hall on January 29 and 30 with two batches on each day.
- The Food Safety & Standard Authority of India (FSSAI)
empanelled training partner was M/S Aroma Shiksha Evam Seva Samithi from Korba,
Chattisgarh. The trainer was Anup Kumar Tewari.
