Fire renders seven families homeless in Dimapur

A Staff Reporter Dimapur, February 8 At least 7 families have been rendered homeless after an inferno consumed two semi-thatched houses at Neisatuo Colony Dimapur on at around 10.55 am. According to officials of Fire department Dimapur, the fire started from a kitchen which spread to other adjoining houses. Three fire tenders were pressed into action. It took about an hour for the fire tenders to douse the fire. Properties worth Rs 10 lakh were destroyed by the fire.
