Mokokchung, Oct. 06 (EMN): One house was gutted in a fire incident at Ali Sungkum near Fazl Ali College junction on October 06. According to the Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES), Mokokchung 2 OC Thungathung T Shitiri informed that a tin-roof kacca house was completely gutted.
An official informed that the house belongs to one I Zulo Lkr and Akumjungla Aier was the tenant in the house.
Fire official said that the fire started at around 12:30 PM assumed to be caused by a short circuit. It was informed that bursting of an LPG cylinder attributed to the completed destruction of the house.
No human casualty was reported during the incident. Property worth around INR 5 lakhs including cash is believed to have been destroyed in the fire.
