Fire erupts at Duncan: No casualty reported

[caption id="attachment_200825" align="aligncenter" width="565"] A house on fire at a locality at Duncan Basti in Dimapur on August 12.[/caption] Dimapur, Aug. 12 (EMN): A fire accident erupted at Duncan Basti in Dimapur near Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo in the afternoon on Aug. 12. However, no casualty was reported at the time this report was filed. According to an official from the Dimapur Fire and Emergency Services, two fire trucks were rushed to the spot where the fire was averted in 30 minutes. The official said that the exact time as to when the fire erupted was not known but it informed that they received a phone call at 1:40 pm. Two fire tenders from the Dimapur Fire station were used to douse off the flames. The fire was suspected to have erupted from short circuit, incinerated four rooms and two shops.
