Dimapur, Aug. 1 (EMN): A major fire broke out at City Kart, a shopping mall located at Midland in Dimapur on August 1. As per the official sources from the fire department, the fire is said to have occurred during the late hours. According to eyewitnesses, the cause of the fire may be short circuit, believed to have been set off from a flood-affected basement. The basement of the mall is also said to have been flooded following the heavy rains that occurred on July 31.
