- KIPHIRE — A financial and digital literacy
camp, which included awareness sessions on social security schemes such as
Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima
Yojana (PMJJBY), and Atal Pension Yojana (APY), was held on Saturday at Agape
Higher Secondary School in Kiphire.
- The session was conducted by Tsarise, an entrepreneur who
also runs a Community Service Centre (CSC).
- Speaking to the students and teachers, Tsarise emphasised
that many government schemes are available for different stages of life, but
people often miss out due to a lack of knowledge on how to apply.
- He also shared information about a discount facility
available at his CSC if customers present his card within a certain time
period.

- He explained the importance of linking Aadhaar with bank
accounts and its benefits and highlighted various government schemes available
for both students and the general public, stressing that being unaware could
lead to missing valuable opportunities.
- Tsarise also encouraged teachers to take advantage of
pension schemes and other investment options.
