Fair Price Shop beneficiaries to get items in rooster system

Kohima, March 28 (EMN): The Officers' Hill Colony Panchayat in Kohima  informed all the beneficiaries of FPS M/s V. Solo that following the outbreak of novel coronavirus and directives received from the district administration against social/public gatherings, the issuance of rice and other commodities would be limited and distributed in rooster system along with specific timings.

"There is no reason to panic as all the beneficiaries will receive their share according to the rooster dates allotted," an update informed.

Essential commodities were made available to the beneficiaries on March 28 in the first rooster.

Second Rooster: 30/03/2020 (Monday)

i) Ration Card Sl.No 171- 260 from 9 am till 12 noon
ii) Ration Card Sl.No 261 - 356 from 12:30 pm till 4 pm

Dos and Don’ts

i) Always wear mask during the time of your stay in and around Fair Price Shop (FPS).
ii) Stay at least a meter distance away from each other.
iii) Hand sanitisers shall be available for all the beneficiaries to use.
iv) Avoid crowding/mass gathering at the distribution site and please follow the marked circle allotted for each beneficiary.

Beneficiaries have been asked to note down their ration card number with the timing allotted and collect their rations accordingly. It added the serial numbers that are not in the rooster will not be entertained.
