‘Expressions’ a show curated by Nise Meruno and presented by the department of Tourism is all set to take place in Kohima at de Oriental Grand from 5 pm onwards.
A press release mentions that one can look forward on spending time with some amazing artistes from Nagaland on the opening night of the Hornbill Festival.
Curated by eminent concert artiste Nise Meruno, the show is said to mainly celebrate popular original pieces of Naga musicians on the account of Nagaland Statehood Day.
This grand musical event is said to feature The Asia Pacific Choir Games 2017, Runners Up , ‘The Nagaland Chamber Choir’; singers like Asin Shürhozelie, Renbeni Odyuo, Menguse Suokhrie, Diethozo Thakro, Thunglamo Ngullie and young pianist Petenei Tacü (Runner up of ‘Brillante’ Piano Competition 2017).
The show is said to have been designed into three segments: Originals, Season of Love and Christmas Cheer.
The release further mentions that the passes for the concert will be available at de Oriental Grand.
Presented by the department of Tourism, the show is supported by Yamaha, hospitality by de Oriental Grand, Morung Express as media partner and event managed by Symphony Production.
