DIMAPUR — The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) has expressed concern over the circulation of numerous unauthenticated and misleading reports in various media platforms regarding the Frontier Nagaland Territory (FNT) issue.
In a press release on Thursday, the ENPO stated that such unverified information not only creates confusion among the public but also undermines the seriousness of the ongoing matter.
In this regard, the ENPO cautioned the public and media fraternity that only official statements, notifications, or press releases originating from ENPO shall be considered authentic.

“Any news or information not issued directly by ENPO must be treated as unofficial, unreliable, and misleading,” it stated.
“ENPO further directs all individuals, media houses, YouTubers and organisations to refrain from publishing or propagating unverified reports on the FNT issue. Failure to comply may invite necessary action in the interest of protecting the integrity of the movement and safeguarding public trust.”
