Dimapur, Oct. 11 (EMN): The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) has convened a central executive council (CEC) meeting at Tuensang headquarters on October 14.
The CEC meeting, which is the highest decision making platform of the organisation, will be taking up resolute steps to further strengthen the movement for the Frontier Nagaland statehood demand, ENPO said in a press statement on Tuesday.
Besides CEC members of the seven tribes, talk team, advisors, Eastern Nagaland Legislature Union including MP (RS), Eastern Nagaland Gazetted Officers’ Association, Eastern Nagaland Women Organisation, Eastern Naga Students' Federation, Eastern Nagaland Gaon Buras’ Union, Eastern Nagaland Dobashi Union, president and secretary of different political parties in the six districts of eastern Nagaland, and representatives from sub-units have been asked to attend the meeting mandatorily.
