House captains taking oath during the inaugural ceremony of
annual sports meet of Eklavya Model Residential School, Diphupar.
- DIPHUPAR — The
three-day annual sports meet 2025 of Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS),
Diphupar, concluded on Saturday.
- According to an update, the event witnessed spirited
participation from students across various houses, competing in multiple sports
disciplines.

- Students showcased their athletic prowess in track and field
events, kho-kho, throwball, football, basketball, and badminton. After intense
competition, Blue House emerged as the overall champion, while Orange House
secured the runner-up position. Echung was named the most valuable player of
the tournament for his outstanding performance.
- Winners were honoured with certificates and gifts,
recognising their hard work and dedication. The event highlighted teamwork,
sportsmanship, and perseverance among the students.
- The success of the sports meet was attributed to the
collective efforts of teachers, staff, and students. Organisers expressed their
gratitude to everyone involved and looked forward to an even more exciting
edition next year.
