DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 16: Earth Friendly Generation (EFG) observed its first foundation day in its office conference hall in Chiephobozou town under Kohima district on October 15.
The lighting of EFG candle was led by Akato Kiba, Co-ordinator of Nick Software Solutions Company, Chennai, followed by invoking of God blessing by Mrs. Peletuonuo Alphonsa.
Rükravolie Rülho, vice president of Northern Angami Youth Organization (NAYO) and special guest, congratulated EFG for working towards conserving the environment. He said, “In this generation and fast changing world, if we want to do something different, change something or do something where people will recognise. EFG is doing something at present and for the future generation.”
He lauded the organisation for not only working in the locality but all over Nagaland and even beyond with great zeal. While stating that government and other organisations had come up with many programmes for environmental protection, he, however, said EFG is doing its best on the urgent need at this hour. He requested all the members, who are closely associated and those who are indirectly associated, to carrying on the mission even beyond and help EFG grow bigger at larger scale.
He also gave away certificate to the EFG volunteers, who had helped EFG in different ways for the past one year and encouraged them to take active role in protecting the environment under the initiatives of EFG.
Meanwhile, Earth Friendly Generation has thanked Dominic Deepan, founder and CEO of Nick Software Solutions Company, Chennai, for designing the EFG website www.earthfriendlygeneration.org and making social networking easy in helping the people to access globally for better environmental protection.
