Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland will organise an education sensitisation campaign in Chümoukedima on August 5.

DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Chümoukedima, Polan John, has informed that an ‘Education sensitisation campaign,’ organised by the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), will be held on August 5 at the DC’s conference hall, Chümoukedima.
According to a DIPR report, the objective of the campaign is to create awareness regarding various educational opportunities and facilities available to the students, including scholarship schemes under government and private initiatives; under graduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) programmes; technical, vocational, health and allied courses; and professional programmes such as BBA and MBA.
The initiative is particularly intended to benefit students who have recently passed Class 12, students who have appeared for JEE/NEET but have not secured admission, and graduate students seeking to pursue further studies at the PG level.

Interested students and stakeholders have been encouraged to attend and avail the information and guidance provided during the programme.
Further, all student bodies, churches, educational institutions, NGOs and community based organisations within Chümoukedima district area are urged to widely disseminate the information among students and parents and nominate representatives to attend the programme.
