- DIMAPUR — The
Directorate of Economics and Statistics held a one-day training programme on
‘Office procedures’ for directorate ministerial staff at the Directorate
Conference Hall in Kohima on 6 June.
- The objective was to update and acquaint staff with the
activities of the subject to efficiently carry out assigned official work,
according to an update.

- Neidilhou Keditsu, Director, Directorate of Economics and
Statistics, stated in his inaugural address that training is an effective way
of learning new things and a stepping stone to success for any activity.
- He encouraged the trainees to attend the training seriously
to enhance their knowledge and capabilities, which will help improve their
official performance.

- Rhonthungo Andreas, Deputy Secretary, Economics and
Statistics department, was the resource person for the training. The programme
was chaired by Kezhalelhou Solo, Deputy Director, Directorate of Economics and
Statistics.
