Miss Mon 2019 was held at Council Hall in Mon on Oct. 11 where 22-year-old Echi won the title.
An update issued on Oct. 14 informed that the pageant was organised by Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong (KNSK) with theme ‘beyond beautiful’.
Tungam Rokam and Hejang bagged first and second runners-up respectively.
Titles for Miss Photogenic, Miss Talented, Miss Congeniality, Miss Perfect 10 and Miss Catwalk were adjudged to Ngunying Ngapyei, Echi, Hejang and Ngapchoh respectively.
Altogether eleven contestants participated in the beauty pageant and Deputy Commissioner of Mon, Thavaseelan K (IAS) was the guest of honour.
