DIMAPUR — A delegation of the Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) along with. Rajya Sabha MP S Phangnon Konyak, called on Union Home Minister Amit Shah at his official residence in Delhi on December 21.
In a press release, the ENPO media cell stated that the delegation conveyed Christmas greetings to the Union minister and also thanked him for “his seriousness and commitment” on the Frontier Nagaland Territory (FNT).
The organisation also informed that the high level committee meeting (Tripartite meeting) between the Government of India, Government of Nagaland and the ENPO was held on December 19 at Kartavya Bhavan-3, New Delhi, under the chairmanship of Union Home Secretary, Govind Mohon.
The state delegation was led by the Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen.
Earlier on December 18, a bilateral meeting was held between the ENPO and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) team lead by AK Mishra, Advisor NE; AK Dhyani, Director NE; Rajesh Kamble, Joint Director IB; and Niraj Kumar Bansod, Joint Secretary NE, the release added.
