
DIMAPUR — Dimapur Town Nepali Baptist Church (DTNBC), Duncan hosted the second phase combined youth fellowship on November 10, bringing together five Gorkha/Nepali Baptist churches.
The objective of the fellowship on the theme ‘'Worship: living a life pleasing to God’ (Romans 12:1), was to build strong relationships, foster friendly connections, and work together towards a brighter future in the kingdom of God, an update stated.
The programme commenced with praise and worship led by Nepali Baptist Church, Kuda village, followed by an invocation by Anand Thapa from Gorkha Baptist Church, Viola colony.
Prem Biswa, youth pastor of Nepali Baptist Church, Walford, delivered a sermon on self-forgiveness and God's heavenly blessings. Kamal Sharma, youth pastor of DTNBC Duncan, extended a warm welcome to all.
Arti Mech from Gorkha Baptist Church, Thahekhu chaired the programme. Special numbers were presented by DTNBC Duncan and NBC Walford, showcasing their talents.
The holy book reading was done by Poonam Sharma (Nepali) and Elizabeth (NBC Kuda). The programme concluded with a benediction prayer by Bapon Sen from NBC Walford.
