DTC employees demand salary

Our Correspondent Diphu, Sep. 16 (EMN): The employees of Diphu Town Committee (DTC) did not receive their salary for the last 45 months, in this regard the employees has closed the main gate from put the broom across in front of the main gate in demands of the salary. One of the employees lamented before this scribe said that, it is very hard for us to survive in this position even the retailer were refuse to give us credit. So we are in demand if the higher authority did not pay attention to our demands we will go to impose the indefinite strike. While filling up this report the higher authority were on discussion concerning the matter. No positive response has made till writing this report.
