DSO Dimapur notifies on Pre-Subroto Football Tournament 2025

KOHIMA — The District Sports Officer (DSO) of Dimapur, with additional charge of Niuland, has invited all interested schools within Dimapur and Niuland districts to participate in the upcoming Pre-Subroto Football Tournament 2025.
According to the announcement made by N Vineikholie, District Youth Resources Officer-cum-DSO, the tournament will feature two categories - Under-15 Boys and Under-17 Girls.
Participating schools will have to bear their own expenses, including travel, accommodation, and other related costs. However, a nominal team allowance will be provided by the directorate, depending on the number of teams that confirm their participation.
A detailed roadmap and schedule of the tournament will be shared with the schools once they submit their acceptance letters. The format will include six pools, with the top team from each pool progressing to a league-cum-final selection round. The team that tops the league round will earn the honour of representing Nagaland at the prestigious Subroto Cup International Football Tournament 2025.
