Dry weather with moderate fog in Nagaland for next 4 days - IMD

DIMAPUR — Dry weather with shallow to moderate fog are very likely across Nagaland in the next four days, while Dimapur, Kohima and Phek districts are predicted to experience isolated rainfall/thunderstorm on Jan. 16 and the 17th.

The remaining districts are likely experience dry weather on Jan. 16 and the 17th, according to the IMD.

The IND also predicted that dense fog conditions are very likely to prevail for few hours in morning in isolated pockets of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura from Jan. 11 to 15th, mainly due to Easterly/North-Easterly winds prevailing over the region in lower tropospheric levels.

Minimum temperatures as on January 11, were markedly above normal at 1.6 Celsius to 3.0 degree Celsius at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
