Dimapur, Jan. 10 (EMN): The electoral registration officer of Dimapur has informed that the list of amendments to the draft electoral roll for the Dimapur-I, Dimapur-II, Dimapur-III, Ghaspani-I and Ghaspani-II assembly constituencies has been prepared with reference to Jan. 1 as the qualifying date. This is in accordance with the Registration of Elector Rules of 1960, updates on Thur. has stated.
A copy of said roll, together with the list of amendments, has been published and will be available for inspection at the deputy commissioner’s office during office hours, it was informed.
Kohima: The electoral registration officer of Kohima also informed that the list has been prepared for 8th Western Angami, 9th Kohima town, 10th Northern Angami-I, 11th Northern Angami -II, 12th Tseminyu, 14th Southern Angami - I and 15th Southern Angami –II assembly constituencies.
It informed also that the list had been published and will be available for inspection at the ADC’s office and with the booth level officer.
Wokha: The electoral registration officer of Wokha informed that the list for 37-TIYI, 38-Wokha, 39-Sanis and 40-Bhandari assembly constituencies has been prepared. A copy will be available for inspection at the office of the deputy commissioner and district election officer of Wokha.
Peren: The electoral registration officer of Peren has informed that the list for the 6-Tening and 7-Peren assembly constituencies has been prepared. The copy of the list will be available at the ADC’s office and booth level officer of respective polling station.
