Dimapur, Oct. 26 (EMN): With an aim to promote art and creativity, Delhi Public School Dimapur organised its 2nd Inter-School Dance Competition in the school premises on October 26.
Altogether 10 schools from Dimapur participated in the event, informed an update from the school. Acclaimed dance artists and choreographers from Delhi and Kolkata: Raj Sunar, Nishan Narginari and B Boy Rebok were in the judging panel. The participants were judged based on their performance and showmanship, choreography and originality, theme and music, costume and expression.
DPS Dimapur emerged as the winner, followed by Hope Academy and Maple Tree School as the first and second runners-up respectively. S I Jamir, chairman, Dimapur Public School Society, graced the occasion as the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners.
