Dimapur, Jan. 23 (EMN): In view of the upcoming state assembly election, principal director of health and family welfare, Dr. N Bendangyanger Jamir, has directed all staff under the department of health and family welfare to remain in their respective place of posting.
Any issues arising out of unauthorised absence from duty or dereliction of duty would be fixed upon the erring staff, DIPR report stated.
Further, the chief medical officers and the medical superintendents have also been directed to ensure compliance of the order in letter and spirit in their respective jurisdictions. The concerned authorities are also directed to physically verify the attendance of the staff.
