DIMAPUR — The Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (DoESD&E), Nagaland has informed trainees who underwent training at government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the state during the 2024–25 session to apply for stipend through the Centralised Trainee Stipend Scheme (CTSS) portal.
According to a DIPR report, eligible trainees—including those enrolled in one-year courses (2024–25) and first-year trainees of two-year courses (2024–2026)—can submit their applications online from April 21 to May 20 via the official portal.
Trainees facing difficulties in applying online have been advised to contact or visit their respective institutes for assistance with registration.
The directorate cautioned that failure to apply within the stipulated period will render the concerned authority not responsible for any claims thereafter. It was further informed that second-year trainees of two-year courses (2023–2025 session) are not required to apply, as they have already been registered. Documents required for application are passport-size photograph, front page of bank passbook and Government ITI identification card.
