
DIMAPUR — The Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU), in collaboration with the Blood Centre of District Hospital, Dimapur, successfully conducted a blood donation camp on Saturday.
An update from the union stated that donors from various tribal units of DNSU, Muslim Youth Dimapur and other organisations came forward to support the noble cause.
Meanwhile, DNSU has expressed gratitude to the donors, medical staff and volunteers.
Dr. Rongsen Longkumer from Blood Centre said: “Voluntary blood donation ensures a safe and adequate blood supply. Every pint donated can save up to three lives.”
DNSU and Blood Centre of District Hospital Dimapur have sought continued community support to strengthen the blood bank.
