DNSU condemns RPF assault

EMN DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 5 Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) has expressed pain and anguish over the incident of assault on former DNSU social and cultural secretary Senelo Kath by Railway Protection Force personnel at Dimapur Railway Station on February 3. DNSU has condemned the incident, and lauded the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law and Order for initiating an inquiry. DNSU has urged for justice at the earliest. A press note issued by DNSU Education Secretary Daniel Semp and Information Secretary Mteisuding has appealed to the power department to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the upcoming HS and HSSLC examination periods. The DNSU leaders also appealed to the general public to maintain peaceful environment during examination days.
