Dimapur, July 3 (EMN): Dimapur Meetei Council (DMC) has felicitated successful students of HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2022 under the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) and Central Board of School Education (CBSE) during a programme held at BSNL community hall in Kevijau Colony, Dimapur, on July 3.
Speaking on the occasion as the chief guest, the advisor of Power department, H Tovihoto Ayemi, congratulated all the meritorious students, especially Delphi Oinam, who secured the top rank in HSLC examinations 2022 under NBSE. While lauding the meritorious students, Ayemi credited their achievements to hard work and perseverance.
Stating that success is earned through hard work, the advisor urged the students to never give up on their dreams and most importantly to believe in themselves. Describing students’ life as ‘golden,’ he said celebrating their success would motivate and encourage them to do even better in future. He further encouraged the students to work harder in order to bring more laurels to the community.
Speaking at the felicitation programme, HSLC topper 2022, Delphi Oinam, called upon the students to set target and work hard to achieve their goals. Oinam said that there is no substitute for hard work adding that students must believe in themselves. She also encouraged the students to have faith in God, obey their parents and teachers, and work consistently to achieve their goals.
Altogether, 50 meritorious students were felicitated on the occasion.
