District Angler Wokha Nagaland (DAWN) to be launched today

Dimapur, July 17 (EMN): District Angler Wokha Nagaland (DAWN) through its president K.N Mhonthung H. Lotha invited all angling lovers in the district for the launching programme of District Angler Wokha Nagaland (DAWN) on Tuesday, July 18 at Tsumang Lake; Wokha town at 11 am. This was informed in a press note. The event will be graced by Mhabemo Yanthan, Secretary, Fisheries and team leader, Honey Mission, Government of Nagaland added the press note.The association highlighted that the motive in formation of the association in the district was to conserve and safeguard the endangered Masheer species in and around the Doyang River and to create a platform where anglers can socialise through recreation and promote eco-tourism through angling in the district.
