Dimapur, March 16 (EMN): A crime report update from addl. deputy commissioner of Police, Dimapur on Friday, informed that on March 12, Dimapur police arrested one person identified as ‘Self style Lieutenant’ Soso Ruivah also known as Aso (36 yrs) on charges of creating public nuisance and obstructing the duty personnel of GRPS and RPF.
According to updates, .032 pistol country made bearing body no. 222, five live rounds and a magazine were said to have found from his possession. A case has been registered for further investigation
Also, on March 15, Dimapur police during frisking, conducted based on reliable source, one .32 pistol country made bearing body no. BORN 1962 No. 0996655 (made in china) with one magazine and one .22 Pistol country made (made in Italy) with one magazine was seized from Thangming (38 yrs) son of Pangpie of Noklak High School Sector –A Noklak, Tuensang.
The arrested person has been charged with relevant sections of law and under investigation.
