Dimapur, June 9 (EMN): Citing reports in social media platforms about ‘reports of unknown person roaming around in rural area with kits for drugging and kidnapping kids (sic),’ the Dimapur police has advised citizens “not to take law in their own hand, but to inform the police immediately for necessary course of action as per law.”
