Dimapur police rescues four

Dimapur, Aug. 10 (EMN): Dimapur police has rescued one female victim Aug. 8 and arrested one Amir Hussain of Chaudhary Bazar, Hojai, currently residing at Toluvi village in Dimapur. According to an update from the police, the accused person had illegally confined the victim after befriending the female victim through Facebook using a fake profile. Both the victim and the accused were handed over to Longding Police in Arunachal Pradesh. Meanwhile, the Dimapur police on July 27 rescued one woman and two children from Signal area in Dimapur who were reportedly missing from Ledo, Tinsukia. The victims were handed over to the Assam Police.
